NZ Weather

‘What’s the weather like tomorrow?’

This is one of the most asked questions in a ski resort. Whether you are familiar with the mountain environment or not, having a good understanding of how the weather works allows you to plan and prepare for the next day. What to wear, what to bring, what to expect, where to go or, depending on how long you are here, whether to have a strategic rest day are all affected by the weather.

Mountain weather is never dependable and forecasts are seldom 100% accurate. For this reason, I use three relatively reliable Forecasting websites and go with an average.
